Short hike through some of the best views of dinosaur artifacts in the park. The trail is accessed by bus, which leaves from the temporary visitor center and drops you off at the site of the previous visitor center. The trails winds down hill through the canyon and back to the temporary visitor center. Most times there are rangers along the trail to point out some of the more interesting points like exposed dinosaur bones.
From HWY 40, heading west from Dinosaur, CO or East from Vernal, UT, turn North on HWY 149 (Quarry Entrance Rd). Follow road through monument entrance to the temporary visitor center.
